Summer Camp Campaign for children and teenagers

It is an educational and scholarly programme aimed at providing a faith-based environment for the rising generation of young people and adolescents aged 11–16. It runs as a residential programme for forty days, during which the student strengthens himself through beneficial knowledge, grows spiritually through faith-based sessions, and is trained in Qur’anic circles involving memorisation, revision, reflection, and practical application. The programme helps the student develop a structured way of life built on making the best use of time and taking responsibility towards his Ummah. He is equipped with the tools necessary for constructive reform work, enabling him to develop his own reform-oriented project after the summer camp concludes, and to become a beneficial contributor who spreads the positive influence of righteousness and reform within the Ummah, by Allah’s permission. The camp provides residential accommodation for 50 students, and is supervised by a select group of scholars, callers to Islam, and students of Islamic knowledge. In the current stage, one of the highest priorities is not rebuilding buildings or roads, but rebuilding the human being, the true foundation of any society. The impact of this programme cannot be measured materially. Its true value lies in the deep transformation it brings to the community by Allah’s will, producing a generation of reformers capable of building, guiding, and leading. This follows the example of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, who began societal transformation by nurturing people in Dar Al Arqam, forming a generation that reshaped the world in a short span of time.
